Services for new & returning patients with Dr. Pimentel-Millado. We accept most insurances (Aetna, American Specialty, etc.), inquire with us to verify which insurances are accepted. No-insurance clients are also accepted, prices are listed below.

Cancellation policy: If no-show or any cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee charged to your account. New patient cancellation fee is $40, all returning patients is $30.

For patients booking without insurance - deposit will be charged upfront and applied to your total payment, remaining payment is due on arrival.
